Real Calorie Calculator is built as a client-side application. When you input your age, height, weight, sex, or body fat percentage, the calculations are executed entirely within your browser using JavaScript.

2. Local Storage and cookies.

We do not use tracking cookies or persistent identifier networks. We use your browser's local storage (`localStorage`) solely to save your preference for:
